Lately firefox or internet explorer wont load or only loads very slowly. Today they finally loaded but then twitter or facebook wouldnt work right. I did a system restore and its working ok but i noticed when i checked my add-ons it says adobe acrobat hasnt updated since sept 24, 2015.

Acrobat is horrible bloatware, so it can slow things down.

If it's the free Acrobat Reader, you can try deleting it to find out. Both Firefox and Chrome have built-in PDF readers, so they don't need Acrobat. For reading PDFs outside of browsers, I use Sumatra PDF, which is a free barebones PDF reader. That is, I deleted Acrobat, and I've never missed it.

And for Firefox, you can reset everything to default another way. Click the hamburger menu (3 bars in upper right corner), then the question mark, then "troubleshooting information", and then the "refresh firefox" button. That will nuke all addons and reset everything, though it preserves bookmarks.
