Doubtful, I recall boot camp in 1967 where many of the boots were highly critical of the Vietnam War, even our community commander was critical of Johnson and The Congress for putting our servicemen into a civil war.

Only in your fantasies dude. If they actually WERE to recall him to active duty (and that is doubtful at best), they couldn't prosecute him for anything he said as a civilian. Interesting. A VERY good case can be made that Schumer, Pelosi, and a number of deep state appointees from the last administration are a threat to the Constitution. You are correct in that the oath is to the Constitution, not any one person, elected or not.
