    I didn't see anything to indicate anyone was being "cocky" as they asked for time and were silent when denied - until the other people in the room donated their time to them.
    But as a result of reading the link (and contrary to the intention of your post), I now have a sympathetic view toward what the women opposing the ICE law were talking about.
    I think that if an illegal sees a crime and reports it, they should automatically be granted immunity until say, one month after whatever happened, has been resolved. If some guy from Guatemala saw someone attacking my mom, I don't want him to NOT call the police and maybe save her life, because he's afraid he'll get nailed by ICE for doing the right thing.
    So thanks for posting this. I'd never even thought of it from that perspective before! :eusa_angel:
