It's not a "Federal law", it's a "Federal Power" that's been given to Congress. Congress has the power over immigration, NOT THE STATES.

Add in..that illegal immigration has been going DOWN under President Obama.

I think you should urge Obama to send Federal Troops to Alabama to keep the borders open and the illegals pouring across.

The ACLU is funded by extortive lawsuits. Because the ACLU operates as a 501C it would be legitimate to bar the ACLU from profiting from extortion. A stipulation that awards from lawsuits must be entirely donated to charity and cannot go to fund nor enrich parties of said suits could easily be enacted.

This would not only put the ACLU out of business, it would end the reason for the ACLU.

Of that income, 46% came from contributions 19% came from membership dues, 18% came from court awarded attorney fees, 12% came from grants, 4% came from investment income and the remainder from other sources

I found this on wiki. Think it is a couple years old.

So sure you can take away 18% of their funding. Might open up a can of worms for churches and the like. Then again I think churchez need to pay more taxes.
