No he really believes that. Liberals hate the Bill of Rights because it limits the power of the Fed Govt...hence they came up with the living document scam, but the 2nd amendment is rock solid and they REALLY REALLY HATE that.

Shows just how poorly Obama Understand the Very Document he is suppose to be a Scholar of. The US Constitution is Unique exactly because it does not GIVE us Rights, It Assumes we all have those rights from a Higher source than Man, and states that our government can not Take them away.
