The President is not supposed to act unless there is a serious immediate threat to the United States without congressional approval. Yet since the U.N stated that we needed a no-fly zone our law went right out the window.l Maybe Biden's statement will become true and Obama can stay on a permanent vacation, that's all he seems to do anyway.
