Guy is suing a basketball player for fraud for claiming he is not the players dad.

The putative father has never had any contact with the player's mom or the player since the time of the sperm donation, but has the gall to demand money.

If he is the sperm donar, he should be required to pay 8 million in back child support.

Father is a job, not a donation.

I don't see how him failing a DNA test proves fraud. It's quite ridiculous.
