May I point out that in order to get a controlled demolition to actually destroy a building, there must be precision placed explosives and said precision placed explosives set off in a very specific order to do the job, controlled demolitions gone wrong, most often end in incomplete demolition. Now with that said, uncontrolled fires are alleged to have done exactly what a very well planned and executed controlled demolition could be expected to do.
