Poverty be damned. If you think it's only poor kids pulling this shit, then you are as deluded as anyone who would attribute such activities to one group or another.

Essentially, none of the Afros in this mob looked poor. I didn't see any dirt/stained clothing, or clothing that was frayed or had holes in it. I did see lots of smartphones and some Afros who had taken off their shirts (most with white undershirts in perfect condition).
