I have calmed down now. Just in case you want to know, I teach Physics, Mathematics, Engineering (Electrical) and Computer Science.

I truly do appreciate what you do and I personally believe that all of the fields you just mentioned should be emphasized in today's world. You provide an invaluable service and I just think it is important that people like you should be compensated as such. Sorry if I got a little heated. I can get worked up sometimes and make stupid/irrational comments. Do you mind me asking what level you teach at or plan on teaching in the future?

Over 100 million American families will be effected by the capital gains taxes being raised.

According the the US Census Bureau there are only 112M households. Me thinks you are exaggerating...

Your not redistributing wealth, because everyone gets the healthcare tax credit. Now Obama, on the other hand, wants to take from this economic class and give to another economic class, that's redistributing income. Understand the difference?

If your earnings are low enough that you don't pay income tax and you get a $5,000 tax credit where does that money come from if not an income transfer? Sounds like McCain is stealing po ole Plumbers Joes money and giving it to the poor to me...

Bush's Medicare Part D costs 40 billion a year net of premiums, and there's no tax to cover it, that's some nasty borrow-and-spend socialism if I've ever seen it

One approach would establish a nonprofit corporation that would contract with insurers to cover patients who have been denied insurance and could join with other state plans to enlarge pools and lower overhead costs.

Like I have said, pay attention, by providing care for high risk patients, the federal government will have a net savings.

What I don't understand is why doesn't McCain cover the whole cost of insurance yet taxes you on the whole value. Plus, the tax is progressive so charges more as your income increases. I thought he was against stealing from all those po ole Joes making a measly 21K a month. Whats going on here. Has McCain gone commie!
