You seem to not understand my position there Terry. I want our troops to come home, all of them. So how can you say I'm giving excuses for them to stay there?

Also, this is both Bush's and Obama's war. Remember, Bush ran this war for over seven years. Obama has had it less than a year. If you fail to see that, I have no clue what to say to you.

Do care to remember, it was under Republicans and Conservatives that hospitals like Walter Reed kept our soldiers under such horrible conditions. It was under Republicans that our troops failed to receive the proper body armor or equipment. It was under Republicans that our generals failed to receive the proper support or manpower. It was estimated in War Games in the late 90's that we would need more than 500,000 troops to secure Afghanistan. Care to tell us how many Bush sent to Afghanistan?

To give you an idea we probably have less than 100,000 troops at the moment. Oh by the way, you know how many troops McChrystal wants?

Well look at that, 500,000 over the next five years along with the current number now.

So, as I was saying, you can blame Liberals for this war all you like. You can delude yourself to believing that it's the Liberal's fault that our soldiers are in this situation. However, the truth of this matter stands. It was the Republicans and Conservative War-Hawks along with some of the spineless Democrats help that got us to where we are today. Not the Liberals. Perhaps Obama likes to see our military defeated after all wouldn't this help him to attain his civilian military force that is trained and equipped as well as our Military.

Obama might actually take time to talk to his military advisers and see what the best course is. He met with his general in Copenhagen. Unlike Bush, he can multitask and not just clear fucking brush.

I personnaly believe we pull out and maintain the ability to bomb the shit out of the Taliban whenever the get in any large groups. Hell, that's all were doing now, but we are getting our troops killed.

Pakistan is the real threat with the bomb, not the Taliban.
