Could you be a bit more specific about what kind of problems drug addicts cause for AA? It seems to me if they are attending meetings the only possible reason for it is they wish to recover, as the alcoholics do.

And also consider that using alcohol was once a crime. So don't you think it would be better to advocate legalization or at least decriminalization of (most) recreational drugs rather than prosecuting people for doing something that offends no one else in a criminal way?
