MINNEAPOLIS - A young man fatally shot Monday night on the north side of Minneapolis was apparently killed for his bike.
Witnesses tell homicide investigators that three young men approached the victim, 22-year-old Jody Patzner Jr., and demanded his bicycle before one pulled a gun and shot him in the chest.
Patzner collapsed on the sidewalk and died just blocks from his home. So far police have made no arrests in the case.
The victim was delivering food to a family friend when he was murdered, according to a relative.
"These people who live here are hurting, torn apart, afraid to let their children go outside," said K.G. Wilson, founder of Hope Ministries. "Once again fear has stricken the north side

Yeah, keep thinking that the media is fair and balance. If it was all these black on white crimes would be reported in the same way. Violence is wrong!
