After looking into this Boiling dude I found out that

1. He ran a 9.98 which didn't break the record of 9.97.
2. He ran with such a heavy wind that they had the kids run the OPPOSITE direction on the track as normal.
3. His next best times were also wind aided at 10.13 and 10.22 both with +1 wind.
4. He's not a boy. He's actually an almost 6ft2 19 year old man (who turns 19 in the next month) competing against children who haven't finished puberty yet. He's basically 2 years older than his competitors, because most grade 12s aka seniors are only 17 in April, he is 19 as of June.
5. Look at his physique, his body fat is lower than his competitors who largely appear to not lift weights due to their thin look. His advantage will disappear once he goes to university and has to compete against similar age athletes.
6. A 10.13 is impressive for a high schooler, but not for a college level sprinter which is what most 19 year olds are, it is a fairly regular time.
