A terrible thing happended.
A man in his 40s who was so hungry killed his 15 year old daughter and ate her flesh.
This man lost his wife and son because of the famine. Since he was suffering from mental disorder, he lost his job.
In order to find something to eat, he sneaked into somebody else's yard but was caught and beaten.
Then the horrible incident happened.
After he was caught eating his daughter, he kept telling the police that he only ate dead dogs.
How awful!.
