All things considered, when Barry is known to have thrown an entire newspaper organization out of the White House Press Pool for running a front page article not overflowing with praise for him and his administration, when Barry kicked a San Francisco news reporter out of the White House Press Pool for recording an in the event demonstration against Barry in a closed fundraiser, Rick didn't make out too badly. If this were the old Soviet Union Barry could have had him shot for running off at the mouth like that against his policies.
