Hi, I would like for you guys to take the time and read this suggestion, I am extremely sincere for it.

America is becoming too influential in these tough times, and we are blindly voting for everyone who promises change, but we have yet to find someone who has brought change.
Take Obama for example. He promised alot of things during his campaign for president, and we trusted him, believing he would bring these changes for the better. But instead there are alot of things that have yet to be changed and are rather neglected. While he did stop the economy from spiraling downwards, we are at a halt economic wise, trying to keep the economy going, and are battling inflation. And my next example is Rick Scott. Scott has promised a better future for the state of Florida and we were fooled by him. He promised, but failed to deliver. Now the state of Florida has people going out of work from all of this extreme budget cuts and these are the people who deserve the jobs most. (teachers, firefighters, paramedics, first response, police officers, etc).

What I'm suggesting is that we should pull together as a community and create presentations about political candidates and why you should vote or not. The presentations are to be from a neutral political view and informative, giving knowledge to the voters. We should discuss the goals of each political party and whatnot.
The presentations shall go on youtube and give the voters knowledge, so we can make better decisions for America's future.

We really need to set the example, because our country is slowly going downhill.

Why did I even read that??? Why?????

PS...I didn't trust Obama, ever. I knew he was a liar and an idealogue and would work hard to dismantle our country while increasing his own wealth and power.

Likewise, what the hell do you mean America is becoming too influential? Of whom?

Loon.

Yeah good luck with finding a neutral political view.

The moment one attempts to be nuetral in a place like this one partisan asshat or the other either calls you a fascist or a socialist.

Mr. Nitroz: THAT'S why ^^ your suggestion will go nowhere. I do like where your heart is, however.

You'll never get it here, my friend. I tried unsuccessfully more than a few times. Americans are completely divided, not because of who might be a better leader of the country, but it's all about revenge politics. Occasionally you'll find a decent intellectual discussion, but it's rare. Even rarer is a discussion where two polar opposites actually admit that somewhere in the middle of the two royal battles is where the answers lie. And I might add that this board is no different than any other.

If you are asking for political neutrality, you are asking people to suspend their value systems and judgement.

No thank you.

And I was never fooled by Obama. Condolences on your buyer's remorse, but there were plenty of warning signs.

You are also incorrect in your assessment of Obama's impact on the economy. In reality, He Has Made Things Worse.

When exactly did Obama stop the economy from spiraling downwards?

Right after he earned his Nobel Peace Prize.
