Holy Toledo! A FEDERAL judge? These guys have lifetime appointments....a few more cases like this one and they might all get mandatory retirement ages. This is a truely despicable indictment...if these facts are true, decades of justice he handed down will be in doubt.

Ordinarily I would empathetically hope the law goes easy on an old fart trying to get something cooking before his pilot light goes out. But this guy has a reputation for slamming it to drug offenders so I hope they max him on every count and send his ass to Leavenworth. But he'll probably go to the Butner (NC) "camp" prison where they put Bernie Madoff.
