I don't recall Obama ending any wars during his eight years he pulled out of Iraq then had to send troops back in he didn't leave Afghanistan it was under his administration we saw how bad the government run VA was doing they thought that was so great they wanted government run healthcare for the entire nation. When you have government run departments that have records as bad as the VA and Department of Education you might stop to consider the problem is not lack of money but lack of oversight and the fact that there are somethings the states can do better than the federal government.
