Still haven't seen an answer to my question. So far I have seen someone comment on my spelling which happens to be a pretty lame answer. I have also seen the "You conservatives didn't care about Bush" which happens to be for the most part untrue. The rise of the Tea Party was in large part due to the Bush bailouts during the econ crisis of
'08 along with the crazy deficiets that moron racked up. Hate to break it to you lefties but Bush was a pretty progressive president. Obama was just the straw the broke the camels back.

I guess the reason for my question is I see millions of $$$ spent on dicrediting Beck, Limbaugh, and the others but all those people have is a microphone. The left has an insatiable thirst for smearing these people but have no problem giving power to a person or government that can now apparently assassinate you with out trial.

Remember that your person will not always be in power.

Oh Gee, let me think... Maybe it was his 30% and under Approval rating and one of the main reasons the GOP is fractured and failing apart? Bush did not have a whole lot of support from "his base."

Though, more to the point, what you perceive in us Leftists, many of us Leftists also perceive in fans of Beck, Limbaugh, and other Right commentators - an unwillingness to question their assertions, no matter how radical, and an unwillingness to openly criticize them because they're on your "team". That's how we play politics, isn't it? One team vs. another?

Frankly, I think it's a mistake to generalize about either the Right or the Left in this regard, but many of us are prone to doing it. There SOME are sheep on both sides. End of story, as far as I'm concerned.

Because they have arguably an even greater power....the power to directly influence the thoughts of millions of people.

People naturally don't fully trust the president, no matter who it is, because people grow up with the understanding that politicians are not always truthful.

Tax you

Travel can be help up by strikes, like in the UK now.
Tax you by making your tax money go to the union to pay for thier pensions and benefits. Also if the union member works for the state, you have to pay for it's over priced wage.

Teachers have access, unmonitored access, to our kids for ~ 7 hours a day. We've all seen the videos of what they can get away with.

Everything else? I just change the channel and let my kids know jon is a comedian that clings to the coat tails of Beck.
