A Question On the Posting Format

Today for the first time when I posted, I noticed about three little boxes with a red x in them that stated "Rayboy could start a religion... or something like that. It stretched the page almost double width. I also noticed another person had something about could be Budha.

When I went back later they were gone. Now once again it came up. Who posts these and how are they posted?

It is simply based off your reputation, mouse over the bar for reputation and it tells you the generic announcement for that particular amount.
