If the legal age is now conception, then why do they wait a year after birth to say you are 1 year old, when for the most part you are legally 1 year old after 4 months of birth?? 8 in the womb & 4 after birth.
Is it because government doesn't want you to be 8 months older and therefore draw your SS sooner?
