A question for conservaties about hospitals in NYC

Why doesn't New York have a right to make rules for hospitals that New York owns?

There is a difference between having a right to do something, and something being the right thing to do.

Also since when is criticism infringing on someone's rights?

By "New York" do you mean "The people of NY" or "The Mayor"? Who pays the bills for the Hospital?

The people of New York City elect the mayor and he has only the powers granted him by the people of New York City and the state.

The New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation is funded by government, charitable donation, and fees paid by patients.

Did anyone say they didn't?

Or do you immediately assume that merely because someone thinks a law is stupid, that persons opinion not only becomes the opinion held by everyone is a cultural subset you lump them in, but also challenges the rights of a governing body to govern?

There are some stupid laws out there. Just because a law is stupid doesn't mean the government body that passed the law was not allowed to pass it.

Why does New York own hospitals? What the fuck are you talking about? Why shoud I care?

For some reason, he thinks:

1) Conservatives are against this as a body. Most dont care
2) It somehow makes conservatives hypocrites.
3) that he has exposed us and that we should think he isn't being absolutely foolish.
