When the QB's grades came in, this guy scored the lowest. Therefore to this white individual this guy just proved how blacks fail because we are just too dumb.

An IQ of 80 is considered the upper boundary for being mentally-retarded. To talk with someone of such a low IQ, to interact with such a person, it becomes very obvious that that person is mentally-impaired. If blacks have an average IQ only five or six points above that, then it would stand to reason that a substantial portion of them—perhaps not as much as half, but not much less—would be noticeably retarded, if you interacted with them enough to tell. Now, I've known people of many different ethnic backgrounds, including blacks. I have them among my friends, my coworkers, and among people I've randomly interacted with in public. I've had enough such interactions that if there was so much mental retardation among blacks, disproportionate to other races, I surely would have noticed; and I have not.
