A barbaric Palestinian jihadist state would not only be a threat to the region, it would be a threat to the entire international community. Hopefully, the civilized world will prevent this travesty from occuring.

The sticky part is that Abbas left the government in June of 2007. His official term in office expired in Jan. 2009. Neither his prime minister nor any of his cabinet have been approved by parliament as required by their constitution.

Abbas has no authority to seek statehood.

What is going to happen if the UN accepts Palestine on the '67 borders and the government and the people say that is not what they want?

No love for the millions slaughtered in Darfur by your jihadist Arab Muslim cohorts in Sudan?

Typical of your people.
