I have a few questions about the NER pdf and haven't really been able to find any answers so I figured I'd post and see what comes from it.

What I am confused about is where the money comes from. In each section you see a graph and it shows the spending for each year and so on. However in the corner there is always a little box that reads "In addition, the Recovery Act includes X amount" and I have no clue where they are getting the money from, it's not outlined anywhere in the pdf.

For example in the Department of Education for 2009 it shows 46.2 billion will be spent and in 2010 46.7 billion. Than in the corner it reads "In addition, the Recovery Act includes $81.1 billion." Where does that come from? How does it factor into the Department of Education's spending? Why is it not shown?

Thats all I'm asking I'm not trying to stir the pot I'm just trying to understand the pdf.

The money comes from printing presses.

I suggest you buy as much barter-able resources as you can, while the FRNs in your pocket still have a modicum of value.
