A new Contract "ON" America?

What's become more and more painfully apparent is the GOP's hypocrisy in wailing against the Dems and Obama as trying to destroy private industry and American job growth while ACTIVELY defending corporations that out source to foreign nations. Check this out:

Rep. Brady Acknowledges GOP Not Heeding ‘America Speaking Out,’ Will Ignore 2nd Most Popular Idea (Updated)

Today, Republicans will discuss their “Pledge to America,” the political agenda they plan to campaign on as they attempt to take control over the House of Representatives. The agenda is supposedly the culmination of a project GOP lawmakers launched — America Speaking Out — which was designed to give the public a virtual platform to submit ideas and then vote on them. As the Wonk Room’s Pat Garofalo reported last week, the second most popular item on the “job creation” section of America Speaking out was the user-submitted idea to “Stop the outsourcing of jobs from America to other countries that do not pay taxes into the U.S. and stop the tax breaks that are given to these companies that are outsourcing.”

he still squawks "NEOCON!!!!!!!!!!!!" as an insult when its clear he has no clue what one is

Democrats will be punished for not cleaning up the Republicans mess fast enough.
wrong again
they will be punished for making it WORSE

At least you admit the Republicans made a mess.

Yep, They made a mess by not governing like Conservatives.

Cutting taxes and then increasing spending. Is not a conservative thing to do.

Getting us into wars that actually make us less safe. Is not a conservative thing to do.

Expanding an already over burdened Medicare program. is not a conservative thing to do.

About the only thing they acted like conservatives on, were the social Issues. Which I am more of a liberal on. Which really pissed me off.

The only way the republicans can recover is to apologize to America for the two terms of
Bush.

Outsourcing was at it''s highest during the Clinton administration in the 1990's.--:cuckoo: Furthermore--if Obama actually wanted corporations to keep J.O.B.S in this country he would lower the corporate tax rate.

Obama rails all the time on corporate taxes and raising taxes on the over 250K crowd. What corporation or company is going to stay with these kind of continual threats when they can go to about any other country in the world and be welcomed?

In effect, Obama has declared war on business in this country.

lol, speaking of parrots, ThinkProgress, REALLY. you haven't changed a bit.:lol:

Okay, obviously this is one of the neocon parrots from the "Just Plain Politics" board who got their butts kicked by me in several debates. I surmise this by the apparent effort to avoid debating the FACTS of the information presented and just criticizing the source...as if that is a valid way to prove something/someone wrong.

Sorry Stephanie, but that lame tactic didn't cut it then, and it's not cutting it now. Why don't you try PROVING the information contained is wrong? If you can't, then you'll have to accept it as valid....or just remain insipidly stubborn. The choice is yours.

LOL, I WOULDN'T try and prove JACK SHIT that came from ThinkProgess or you. and you kicking anyone's ass, that is sum funny shit right there. now you are dismissed as you were before...

Someday, an adult will explain to Stephanie that just saying "I don't like you, so everything you say is wrong" is not a substitute for a an actual debate of the FACTS, in which one has to logically prove someone is wrong using FACTS and the logic derived from them.

As you can see, Stephanie is willfully ignorant when it comes to information IN THEIR OWN WORDS that paints the GOP in a bad light. Her childish mindset is EXACTLY what is behind the current disgrace of the "Tea Party" candidates that the GOP is now dealing with....and why the GOP can run policies THAT SCREW OVER AMERICAN WORKERS while GOP voters smile and ask for another.

Stephanie has NOTHING to offer except the blatherings you just witnessed. No point in me acknowledging her further.

The Slickster go re-elected, Charlie Boy....and left with an approval rating HIGHER than the Shrub had for the majority of his two terms.

Why don't you try dealing honestly with the material presented instead of bluffing and blustering?

I never said Slick Willy wasn't part of the outsourcing fiasco....but your claim that his administration EXCEEDED 20 years of Reagan/Bush/Bush, you're sadly mistaken.

And please explain the INSANITY of PROTECTING a corporation that wants Americans to buy their product but REFUSES to employ American workers, yet they want Americans to pick up the slack of their outsourcing via tax breaks? Lower tax rates for corporations?!!?
WTF is the matter with you? Do you LIKE someone kicking you in the ass while they pick your pocket? The link I provide has one of these jokers IN HIS OWN WORDS cop to the sheer hypocrisy of the GOP opposition on this issue. Hell, the Shrub gave them a bailout with YOUR money when they failed....and they bitched about being held accountable for THAT.

And SPARE us all that tired retread of the tax on $250 and above as the death nell on American business.....the actual dollar amount is NOT going to break the small business man (as the Dems are proposing tax breaks for the small business man...something else the GOP is against) or corporations....or where you asleep when those record profits for various corporations and golden parachutes for the Execs for the failed ones were being reported on in the last 2 years.

War on business my foot! Regulation and accountability is the reality...and that is like sunlight to a vampire for these jokers and their GOP cronies.
