It's only been three months since the claim that CBO's role is simply to "regurgitate" numbers fed them by The Powers That Be was all the rage. But three months is a long time in politics, I suppose.

The CBO always functions in exactly the same manner. They are given all of the parts of the equation by the party that controls Congress and then it performs calculations using thos parts of the equation that it was given.
It's nothing more than an adding machine. The liars and thieves and swindlers who create the numbers to feed into it are the liars and thieves and swindlers that need to be addressed.
