Ratifying one Amendment to the Constitution is a monumental task. In 1913 Socialists implemented two amendments without ratifying either one. The XVI Amendment created today’s parasite class. The XVII Amendment created long-serving senators at a rate of ten bad ones to every good one.

Repealing the XVI Amendment is not enough to starve future parasite classes. After repeal, an amendment must be ratified that incorporates a political philosophy committed to individual liberties just as the XVI Amendment’s political philosophy enslaved a free people with tax dollar charity. An amendment so that another Woodrow Wilson or Barack Obama can never be elected must accomplish these goals.

1. Strengthen the First Amendment by eliminating coerced charity.

2. Prohibit public purse expenditures from funding religions, political causes of every kind, and private charities.

3. Every entity that collects money under any pretext must be legally defined, and taxed, like a business in order to pay for LIMITED NECESSARY GOVERNMENT.
