no, we humble ourselves and start all over again...trying to do better, next time around.

Sadly, you are absolutely right about that.

History moves on and nations that were was once great empires often become empoverished backwaters.

We seen to be on a course that leads us to becoming a third world nation.

Empoverishing the working class is really the fundamental mistake we're making.

Ironically making our working classes the best paid people in human history is what made us such a great nation in the 20th century (well, that and two world wars)

But the masters who took over our government turned every advantage to themselves.

They're so shortsighted.

Making the workers in America rich is why the masters got so rich to begin with.

The Masters were well off, and then unionism actually made them even richer since affluent workers spend more, which creates still more profits for capitalists.

But they forgot where their wealth actually came from, as the wealthy tend to do when they are enough generations away from those industrial geniuses, those original captains of industry who first make a nation's industrial and economic wealth manifest.

The current generation of masters really do think ONLY their brilliance made it all possible. Just ask them, they'll tell you that, as we have read so often from the tools of their which post here.

Infact the source of all wealth was their brilliance AND the workers who actually created that wealth under their fathers and grandfathers and great grandfathers expert guidance.

But hey, this is what the leaders of every fallen empire have done, and the outcome for the nation where the wealthy of the nation feels removed from the fate of their working classes is always the same.

That nation goes DOWN.

The master class evolves from a positive social force which is guiding that nation to greatness, to a parasite class which sucks the life out of that nation.

It took about four generations for them to forget that their wealth and the fate of the workers is inextricably tied.
