Do you mean you wouldn't trust this plan if it were "sold" to the people?
but if it is OFFERED freely, where the costs are paid by the wrongdoers that incurred those costs by their actions,

I think that not too much will get done until we get money out of politics. Immensely wealthy people like the koch brothers, as well as major corporations, donate to political campaigns, therefore influencing what our elected 'leaders' do. Dems, repubs, they all do this to get in office and stay in office.

And that won't happen until we get politics out of money. In other words, as long as government has the power to make or break a business with the stroke of a pen, businesses will do their utmost to steer things in their favor.
