James A. Johnson - Obama Economic Advisor and former head of Lehman Brothers

William Ayers- Convicted Terrorist and former Weather Undergound Member who worked with Obama at the University of Chicago

Jane Fonda - Actress and former Vietnam era protester made famous for going to hanoi and simulating shooting down american aircrat.

Bernardine Dohrn - Terrorist and convicted felon and former Weather Underground member who worked with Obama that the University of Chicago

Tony Rezco - Convicted felon, and real estate developer, that is widely credited with entering into a real estate deal with Obama

Hamas - Worldwide terrorist organization, that is backed by Iran and is credited with the deaths of thousands. Ahmed Yousuf, Hamas’ top political adviser in the Gaza Strip, delivered his endorsement in an interview with WorldNetDaily and WABC Radio in New York. “We like Mr. Obama, and we hope that he will win the elections,” Yousuf said.

Communist Party - Extreme left wing socialist organization. The struggle to defeat the ultra-right and turn our country on a positive path will end with Obama’s election. But that step will shift the ground for successful struggles going forward. One thing is clear. None of the people’s struggles — from peace to universal health care to an economy that puts Main Street before Wall Street — will advance if McCain wins in November.

Louis Farrakhan - Nation of Islam Leader and extreme racist leader. says presidential candidate "Barack Obama represents hope that the United States will change for the better.”

Hugo Chavez - Dictator of Venezula, some might call him president, however his crackdown on freedoms in his country as well as support for terrorist states says all that needs to be said about Chavez.

The Chosen Sinbo - Front Organization, and mouthpiece for the the North Korean regieme.

More to come, but I thought I would list just some of the coutries that also back Obama,

Jordan, Syria, Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Lybia, just to name a few. I will post a few more of his
friends as the days go bye.

Navy, this is spam, and it is stupid spam. Because someone was at a meeting with someone or knows someone who isn't exactly a saint that does make them friends or supporters. If you want to criticize Obama, at least find something original or write something original. Copying shit is not an attractive trait and really says a lot about you. Oh, by the way have you ever known a bad person? Let us know so we can judge you since that is the way you judge others.

Obama Politics

Stanley Kurtz and the Anti-Obama Smear Machine

"And what did he find? Absolutely nothing.

Kurtz's grand conclusion: Ayers and Obama went to the same meetings! And this brilliant attack by Kurtz: Obama is "comfortable working with people" on the left. Well, that's no surprise, since he's also comfortable working with people on the far right."

A vote for McCain/Palin is a vote against the fundamental principle of America, the right of the individual to lead their life privately without the government interfering.

Ayers, Johnston, and Rezco, and don't forget Pastor Wright. They really show us the true judgment of Barack Obama.

Bush holds hands with the king of saudi arabia, home of the bin laden family, etc.

This is stupid. Can we talk about what the candidates plan to do to help the country please?

Typical response from the party of *change* you see the associations of your candidate and without editorial as to your candidate, and what do I get in return for a debate. "this is spam. this is stupid, what about your associations" So let me address those concerns for you, If it offends your spam sensibilities I suggest you don't read the thread and respond to it, as for being stupid, you may want to address that to the over 3000 organizations out there who have this information available for all to see, starting with your own candidate. As for my associations, I tell you what, when I run for President, or Vice President I will let you judge my associations as a factor in my abilities to run the country.

You Play to Win The Game. You say the things that people want to hear. Barack is doing the right thing by mentioning he is an agent of change, it worked with Bill Clinton, it worked with a hockey mom in Alaska, it can work with him.

Navy:

What about Bush's associations, or McCains? The reson this is stupid is not because it isn't relevant, it is because such associations are universal.

If you ARE looking for a comparative analysis of various candidate associations, then I apologize for assuming this was a bashing thread. I'll leave you to your discussion. :)

I would remind you that Palin has a close association with the Alaskan INdependent Party:

"The fires of hell are frozen glaciers compared to my hatred for the American government," Vogler said in the interview, in which he talked extensively about his desire for Alaskan secession, the key goal of the AIP.

"And I won't be buried under their damn flag," Vogler continued in the interview, which also touched on his disappointment with the American judicial system. "I'll be buried in Dawson. And when Alaska is an independent nation they can bring my bones home."

At another point, Volger advocated renouncing allegiance to the United States. In the course of denouncing Federal regulation over land, he said:

"And then you get mad. And you say, the hell with them. And you renounce allegiance, and you pledge your efforts, your effects, your honor, your life to Alaska."

Thank you for getting the REAL purpose of this thread. Had I wanted to bash Obama I would have editorialized at the end. Which I did not. I let things speak for themselves. I am completely aware that gov. Palin spoke at the AIP convention in Alaska, and her husband has been a member so I can see where someone would say thats a close association . However, do you honeslty feel that a group that advocates that they want succeed from the United States, non violently I might add, is the same as someone who plants bombs and kills people?

I would never say that ANY two people are the same,

Including the guy that planted the bombs when Obama was eight, thousands of miles away from where Obama lived at the time, decades before Obama met him, and Obama.

The association between Obama and Ayers doesn't bother me. We have no indication that Obama sympathizes with Ayers past actions in any way, in fact Obama has spoken out vehemently against them.

Well as an Obama supporter Cali, tell me the fact that organizations that support terror who support Obama, why do you think they are supporting him? You think thats because he will be more sympathetic to their cause?

I think he is more likely to be diplomatic across the board, for sure, and I believe that aggression by the US has been a powerful recruitment tool for terrorist organizations.

I don't think there is a chance in hell that he do anything to compromise the safety of this country. I do believe in his dedication the US, what it stands for (liberty, freedom, equality, security, prosperity) - 100%. YMMV.

Must go - thanks for the chat -

Navy, I'll go into more depth of this post in a few. I however would like to say you are proving my point about how your not "fair and balanced" but just another right-winger in independent clothing. All you do is post stuff like this on Barack Obama but never John McCain.

Hell, least I admit I'm a Liberal and would vote for Obama straight out. So many republicans on here claim to be "independents" because they don't want to seem so biased and make their points seem better.

Oh and to your post? Bullshit and I'll say why in a few minutes.

Your welcome jschuck, I'm curious though, why, you would consider, people he associates with as "shit" when it goes directly to his character and judgement. You consider these people as stellar references?

Navy, these are the same topics we have been debating on the board for weeks. They both have their flip flops and they both have lobbyists who were with Fannie and Freddie, nobody's hands were clean.

Okay on this thread jschuck, I posted it with NO editorial NONE, so that maybe just maybe we could all have some sort of debate over who our respective candidates associate with. Unlike some of my other threads where I do editorialize at the end. However , you know I agree with that, they all are guilty in this deal, thats a fact. No one is innocent and I think you and I agree on that point.

You know, I think deep down your an alright guy even though we agree on only a few things.

Robert, so by pointing out people who have outwardly endorsed Obama, and nothing more than that, I am somehow unfair? Then point out to me McCains endorsements or defend Obamas endorsments Robert one of the two. If you may have noticed I left a few people off that list, I could have put on there. The fact is these are people or groups at one time that have endorsed Obama. If that doesn't bother you then great, it happens to bother me. If that makes me not "fair" in your eyes then I'm sorry, I am entitiled to an opinion as to who the man associates with as are you with McCain as you would agree with me , who they are endorsed by and associate with goes to their judgement.

Laughs* even if I am a mean nasty republican? don't worry jschuck I get called that all the time by my daughter with a few little ##XX## in between.
