HELP!! There was a hilarious article by Florence King in the 07/05/10 issue of National Review Magazine, and I have searched their archives, Google and Bing and can't find it anywhere, using every cross-reference imaginable. I even tried accessmylibrary.com where I've found articles before not found in a magazine's archives for some reason.

It's about that inevitable question a doctor will ask "How much do you drink?" and her "conversation" with the doc after she was honest and said "...I don't know. After I finish writing, I unwind with two or three or four, depending..."

Does anyone have any other suggestions (short of my retyping the whole thing)?

After I finish writing, I unwind with two or three or four, depending..."

Which is probably no problem unless your schedule is for you to do three or four writing routines a day, I suppose.

Exactly, but it's the freaked out reaction from her doctor that's funny. And it's the type of reaction that leads people to be dishonest.
