I liked the fact that their slang was based on Russian. I thought that was kinda cool. The book even had a glossary for those with no basic knowledge of the Russian language.
Other than that, how you thought of the movie depended on whether you were a "liberal" or a "conservative" at the time.

I like the old in and out that they mentioned in the movie myself.

Never saw the movie. I read the book. I heard that the author, Anthony Burgess, despised both.

That was an interesting story.

Anyone ever see "Demolition man?" - it's like a comedic relief to "1984.".
