1. Healthcare is struckdown by the Supreme Court but Obama wins reelection (and is free to pursue it further in his second term

2. Healthcare is upheld and endures but Obama is defeated in the election

I said struck down, but Obama is reelcted. The worst thing for Obama is it is upheld, the worst thing for Romney is it is struck down. Romney will have nothing to run on, Obama will be a useless President and the economy will make slight gains when it's struck down.
