Hello! You only talked about the MOTHER moving out with the kid to a better or worse environment. You Spelled out the real problem and didn't even realize it.
Are we only talking about black children or all children. The Equation applies to both. The break down of the Family in this country is the root cause of a litany of problems in our society. Thank you for pointing that out even though you were too blind to see it. I think white kids have better opportunities because they generally have more stable families with both parents in the picture. I may be wrong but thanks anyway. I see the light.
