A cop commuting to work on the Long Island Rail Road was hailed as a hero yesterday for arresting a man she saw raping a 9-year-old girl, authorities said.

Metropolitan Transportation Authority Sgt. Nzingha Kellman was en route to her midnight shift at Grand Central Terminal on Tuesday night when she spotted the man with the girl sitting on his lap, authorities said. To Kellman's shock, the man was forcing the girl to have sex with him while 30 other passengers - including her toddler brother - rode in the same car of the westbound train, officials said.

we can only thank god that he was caught.We unfortunately live in a society where sex is forced in front of our face constantly.When will the gov. realize that some peoples right to freedom is taking away good peoples right to never have to deal with sex in our face nonstop.That to me is the cause and the bigger prblem as a whole.
