The American Founding Fathers were educated men and they were well versed about all the lame documents in history signed by petty monarchs and religious leaders that could be violated when a monarch's successor decided he hated Jews or the power of the Christian church was in decline. You can celebrate 11th century decrees but the greatest document in the history of mankind was the U.S. Constitution.
