Wait a second, on one hand you complain that someone does not support their claims by providing a link, then on the other hand you say that nobody cares that your own claims are unsupported by a link of your own. That, of course, makes perfect sense. In case you didn't know, this is a discussion board, not a rant-n-rave board. But nothing you have been saying has had any substance whatsoever. I say tighten up deductions, work on elimination of abuse, get overhead down, get rid of programs that don't work, bring some of our troops home, and get rid of the last TAX cut for any income over 25,000.
Then put a 2% add on for all income over 250,000.
Take SS tax all the way up to 1/2 million for workers and base SS on need. every dollar in income over 50,000 cost you .25 cents off your monthly SS payment.

Republicans come on now, your always saying you was sent to washington to do what the people wanted, well 81% want you to raise taxes esp on those at the top.

Need? What do we "need"..Think about it. Suppose we flood Washington with cash. What happens then? Do you think everything will be all right? That government with it's hands on a whole bunch of money will suddenly reverse 150 years of precedent and function with efficiency and below budget? That government will use the money to create jobs in the private sector?
Please......However, to be fair, I'll allow you to answer the above questions.
Most importantly I want you to state what it is you think our federal government can accomplish by removing from the economy such a large portion of the private sector's wealth. I also want you to state in your own words how you think government can do a better job than the private sector in stimulating and growing the economy for the long haul

Hey dicklip? You strolled into this thread and have not debated the subject whatsoever. You have not explained to us all how the socialist experiment has failed, let alone even attempted to defend it. You're a noob that hasn't got any foundation to stand on because again, you have debated nothing.
