As a kid, I experienced all of those.
There are a few things I think should be added.....
Jumping your bicycle
Catch a fish
The beach
A fist fight (if you are a boy)
Hear the words "I love you" spoken to you

I'm sure some of you can add more thoughts.

catching lightening bugs and letting them go.
same with butterflies.
Flying a kite.
Rollerskating on sidewalks.
Taking off on bike for picnic at park, no moms invited.
Walking home from school.
Probably not possible, but a paper route. Mine was for a grocer, penny per door.

Putt-Putt

Whittling

Polishing shoes

Hunting

Cub/Boy Scouts

Taught to "french kiss" by an older girl

Playing in a creek, catching frogs, tadpoles, salamanders and crawdads. Skipping stones.

OMG! I remember going to Salt Creek and finding a new born pup. Maggots covering it. The creek had posted signs of 'avoid contact, wash hand thoroughly if in contact.' Took the closed eyed-maggot covered pup home. Brought it to my mom and said, "Save it." Screaming ensued. She took care of. Sigh.
