8 rockets slam into Israel AFTER cease fire

Never said anything like it.

I merely asked if there was proof that Hamas fired the rockets and not fraction groups.
lets see, it came from an area controled by Hamas, do you have any proof that Hamas is doing anything to stop them?

From what ive read about Israels plans, they expect to have to go back into Gaza after they leave. They have said on numerous occasions that this probably isnt a one time event. In my opinion, their new tactic for fighting these rocket attacks will be to go into Gaza every time it happens and flatten them.

So far, the estimates figure at least 1.6 billion in damage in Gaza. How many more times do you think they can afford to indescriminately fire rockets at the Israelis? At some point, the palestinians will have to protest Hamas for their actions. Until they start doing this, they are going to continue to get trounced, time and time again.

The Palestinian people hold the power to make things right, but are they too blinded by religious hate to make the right choice? History will decide.

Seeing as how Hamas has PUBLICALLY Stated they will continue to fire rockets into Israel, this is a no brainer. Well except for dupes like Truthmatters.

Wow someone with real information like I asked for.

Cool!

can I have a link?

Who fired the rockets and what Hamas can or will do about it is irrelevant. The primary responsibility of the Israeli government is to protect its citizens and if the only way the rockets can be stopped is to renew the operation in Gaza then that is what the Israeli government will have to do. The consequences that may befall Palestinian civilians, even those few who may be innocent of support for terrorism, is the responsibility of the militant groups and their supporters and apologists who try to excuse and even justify their acts of terrorism. It is bizarre to suggest Israel should abandon the hundreds of thousands of Israelis whose safety and welfare is daily threatened by these rockets in order to protect Palestinian civilians who support and applaud these acts of terrorism.

um, i agree with you

So I have checked for this story from anywhere besides the Jurusalem Post as they are known and proven to be a propaganda news source and cannot find it anywhere. Does anyone has a link to any other site about this?

UNICEF: 300 Children Killed in Gaza By VOA News
14 January 2009

The head of the United Nations children's agency says 300 children have been killed during Israel's campaign in the Gaza Strip.

UNICEF director, Ann Venemen, says more than 1,500 other children have been wounded, casualties she calls "tragic" and "unacceptable."

Separately, Palestinian medics say more than 1,000 people have been killed during the 19-day offensive.

Israel has tightly controlled access to the Palestinian territory, so the numbers cannot be independently verified. But U.N. officials have said previous estimates have been generally credible. Thirteen Israelis have died in the conflict.

In Jerusalem Wednesday, the head of the International Committee of the Red Cross said the situation in Gaza is shocking. Jakob Kellengerger visited the densely-populated territory Tuesday, as well as the Israeli town of Sderot, which has been repeatedly hit by Hamas rockets. He called on both sides to differentiate between military targets and civilians.

So Simple Really, No Rockets, No War, No Death!

The IDF storm troopers were afraid to go into the heart of Gaza

The Hamas freedom fighters would have decimated them.

That's why IsraHell wanted a truce.
I don't think this is true. Israel's force may have taken some casualties but they have more advanced weaponry and technology. Israel was getting a bad rap for their Human Rights abuses and maybe even war crimes. This is most likely a PR move.
