OK, I have the punishment.

First we build an 8' X 8' building out of very old railroad ties. Or telephone poles, either one will do as long as they are old and dried out.

This building has one door, and in the center a post 3feet high. Mounted on the post is a special vise with a locking mechanism. and next to it a small table.

The perp is taken into the building and his nuts are locked into the vise.

His hands are then set free.

A small dull knife is placed upon the table.

Then the building is set on fire.

His choice.
