Human trafficking is against human dignity and civil rights. Christians seeking to spread compassion and hope often help the efforts of governmental agencies trying to root out the perpetrators and free victims from this modern-day form of slavery.

7 Christian Groups Working to End Human Trafficking

Christianity in the US lost almost all of its negative traits (except for Christian fundamentalists of course) becoming a social institute worth supporting. For centuries Christian churches not all contributed to homogeneity and stability of our society but also promoted philanthropy and social responsibility.

That's the essential difference between Western Christianity and Islam in any form. The difference between our religious systems is 700 years. As a result, Muslims lack 700 of social engineering and development, being as barbaric as our ancestors in XIV century. And there are still people who want to invite them to our country hoping to integrate Muslim population into American society. Nonsense.

Muslim words VS muslim practice..

Both Islam and Christianity represents a range of beliefs, of course, but any person who is both honest and knowledgeable realizes that what is considered mainstream for Islam is archly conservative for Christianity and what is mainstream for Christianity is extremely liberal for Islam. What is rare in Christianity is common in Islam, and what is merely intolerant in Christianity is downright violent in Islam. The two religions are not the same, yet dishonest posters try to foist the notion that they are.

One of the most obvious differences has to do with the notion of belonging. If a Christian stops being a Christian,a few Christian zealots might shun them, but that is about it. If a Muslim leaves Islam, the mainstream view is that they should be killed. If people think there is no difference between the two religions, they should have their head examined.

Organizations are working on actions, not words, trying to do something about human trafficking in that part of the world. It's a difficult task.
