The Soviet Union made it to 71 years, collapsing just months short of its 72nd anniversary.
How long can the PRC last? Or does it even exist any more in any real sense?

The Chinese have embraced capitalism and their Communist dictatorship has morphed into something else. To survive it has had to evolve just as our constitution has evolved over the years. The Soviets on the other hand did not change and crumbled against the forces of time that dictate change.

Soviets crashed economically, and generations of Americans were raised to the "exceptional" narrative that Communists are an evil economic disease. Now it turns out, that those Communists are in a Gold-Rush (once upon a time) and are buying other nation's companies, resources, bonds and also sit on a shitload of cash they don't know where to spend despite them lending more money than the World-Bank

China ahead of World Bank in loans to developing nations.

A strong China is good for the course of developments within the world.
