Government stimulus can work miracles. What is reality?

My earnest conviction is the the Turkic speaking people need to take their native lands away from China and allow the people their freedom. If it takes war, so be it.

Government stimulus can work miracles. What is reality?

Turkey did not have direct stimulus, but indirect through timely limited decrease of various consumption taxes which already ended.
But, the Finance Ministry had something called "Tax peace" which offered tax crminals with money in Switzerland no prosecution when they return their money to Turkey.

We are now currently in 2nd stage of "Tax Peace", so far reaching 45 Billion $.
But that money is not being invested so far, it is just private wealth of individuals.
And state just got tiny 1.6 Billion $ of taxation.

I will deliver you sources both for non-stimulus by state and "Tax Peace" laws.
I just have to look for English sources, then I will post.

Turkey's Stimulus
- economic measures amounts to 5.5 billion Turkish liras ($ 3.2 billion )
- lower the private consumption tax rates (OTV) on the automotive sector
- remove the OTV completely on home appliances
and so on.
Turkey's stimulus was just Tax decrease on various economic sector.

In the Independence war, the local people of our city freed the city from French occupation without help from Ataturk's Liberation Army.
So Antep was changed to Gaziantep by Parliamentary law.
