Trump has a negative image in the media, but in real life has no such complaints
or records of covered up killings, etc.

Bubba was (still is) a lawyer, and understood very well the risk he was taking by lying under oath. Obviously, he felt that telling the truth would have cost him more than lying would have, and did. Kind of blows that whole "It was all about sex" nonsense.
