Perhaps you should do some homework on food stamp requirements. Being unemployed is one good reason to get food stamps. Bush/Cheney put 11 million out of work. Now it is the governments responsibility to keep food on table by bringing tax dollars home.

Taxpayers deserve assistance after all it is their money!
