I heard them Corvette engines were good.

8.1L? Is that bigger than the Hemi I know was buried years ago? (Whatever the biggest Mopar Hemi is.

I can personally vouch that the 396 is a mighty fine engine.

What do you have the 396? I heard the 496 gets a little better gas mileage then my 454 .. it's a 1992 with 230,000 miles on it

Err, no. I was referring to 527 CI engines. Where does 8.1L align in the realm of 527 CI Hemis?

No diesel , my friend suggested it to me and I told him to suck my left nut, I am not going to convert my chevy 1992 dually into one.

Nope can't do it, it would ruin it, that 1992 is hard to come by.
