45% Unhappy with GOP field

Jim, don't you think it may be a little early to be worrying? How many have officially stated they're going to run? Just a thought

"Worrying" is not the way I would put it. I am surprised, though.

no he just wants it all to start now, so as to give obama cover in 2012 when we are still in the shitter and he stands accused of starting his re-election campaign ( with no primary opponent btw) and not minding the shop and doing his job.

You're typing in circles again...

Most people do not contemplate elections until the last 2 weeks in October every two or four years.

But those people don’t determine who the nominee will be – and we know that doesn’t happen during the primaries. The Iowa caucuses are just seven months away…

Some 45 percent now say they're dissatisfied with the GOP candidates who have declared or are thought to be serious about running, up from 33 percent two months ago, according to an Associated Press-GfK poll. Just 41 percent are satisfied with the likely Republican field, down from 52 percent.

Plenty are holding out for somebody else

You're surprised that ...what? The RINO's aren't moving quicker to begin to disassemble the Obama Administration?

:eusa_hand:

Why Bother?

It will implode by itself.

That's pretty good news for republicans since no candidate has been selected for 2012. It's a tribute to the Tea Party that the pressure is still on. How many democrats hold their noses knowing that a socialist is their only choice?

I can't wait for the TeaTards to run Bachmann as their Third Party candidate. That will really fuck up the Republicans

It is true and that is the GOOD news!. It could be much worse but the Independents are still watching. Just wait `till we get a candidate. That is when we can learn more. :)

President Obama received a bounce in the polls following the bin Laden news, but over this past week, the bounce has largely faded. The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll shows that the president's ratings have slipped back into the high 40s, right where they've been for most of the past year-and-a-half. The number who Strongly Disapprove of the president remains a bit lower than it was before the big news and enthusiasm for the president is up among his base voters.
