Who helped get a Republican President elected.
Actually, life did not look that great
What was in those pictures that we don’t have today? Their lives seem pretty dull
I am old enough to remember the 1950s. Great time to be a kid. My parents, who lived through the depression and WWII, did not think life was dull.
What in those pictures can’t you do today and do better?
Just to pick one thing out. When I was a kid we would go to the beach and often times be the only people there. Nowadays every beach is crowded.
We didn't lock our doors at night. We didn't lock our cars. We brought guns to school and said the Pledge every morning. We voted for Democrats because they represented Southerns, not big city minority welfare queens and Illegal aliens.
We openly ridiculed the queers.
We proudly played Dixie at our high school football games.
Hollywood stars served in the military instead of calling for socialism.
The Negroes stayed on their side of the railroad tracks and Hollywood kicked out the filthy Left Wingers.
We actually learned things in school instead of being advance to meet racial graduation quotas.
The combined cost of government was less than 20% of the GDP instead of 40% like we have now.
All kinds of good stuff that we don't have now to our determent .
None of that is in the OP video
Your longing for the days when Blacks and gays were ostracized says a lot
The fact that you long for the days when you could discriminate against other people simply proves that society would eventually have fallen into competing camps of ignorant racists, bigots and southerners, aka Republicans....
It was the Democrats that were doing the discrimination back then, Moon Bat.
So now you are saying that you were a Democrat back then...lol.
Your desperation for the racist past is really sad for an adult...
It was both Democrats and Republicans in the South
There were no Southern Republicans who spoke out against segregation
Separate names with a comma.
